By accessing or using Krewvia, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About Krewvia
Krewvia is a group travel coordination application designed to help travellers create or join trips, coordinate journeys, share relevant location information during Live Trips, and stay connected while travelling together.
Krewvia is not a replacement for professional navigation, emergency services, or traffic authorities.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your account access secure
- Activity performed through your account
4. Location and Live Trip Features
Location information may be used and shared with trip participants during active Live Trip functionality. You should understand who is participating in your trip before joining or sharing location.
Krewvia depends on device, network, and location availability. Location and related information can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
5. Safe Driving
Do not interact with your phone while driving where it is unsafe or prohibited. Passengers should operate handheld features when possible.
You remain responsible for your driving decisions. Follow road signs, traffic rules, road conditions, and applicable laws. Krewvia should never be relied upon in place of safe driving judgment.
6. Routes and Location Accuracy
Route, location, ETA, and traveller position information may be delayed or inaccurate. Service availability depends on GPS, network, device, and provider conditions.
You must make your own safe driving decisions at all times.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Krewvia to:
- Break the law or encourage unlawful activity
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Misuse another person's location or data
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use abusive automated access or scraping
8. User Content / Profile Information
You are responsible for information you provide, such as names and profile images, and you must have appropriate rights to use that content.
9. Third-Party Services
Krewvia may depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure such as map or location providers where applicable, authentication services, cloud infrastructure, operating-system services, and Apple or Google platforms.
Those third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
10. Availability and Changes
Krewvia may improve features, modify functionality, or temporarily suspend functionality for maintenance, security, or reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability.
11. Account Suspension / Termination
Krewvia may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or serious violation of these Terms.
12. Account Deletion

13. Disclaimers
Krewvia is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that location, network, or route data will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Krewvia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
